Cuff Sizing
1. You can easily determine your own bracelet size with a measuring tape or a cord. To measure, simply place the cord (or the measuring tape) around your wrist tightly. The ends of the cord should be marked
2. By using a ruler you can then measure the marked cord and get your wrist size

Cuff Sizes
All our cuffs are adjustable to fit wrist size circumference of 16.5-17.7 cm (6.5-7.0"). They are available in the following cuff sizes.
Cuff Circumference Sizes:
Small: 185 mm (7.29")
Medium: 197 mm (7.79")
Large: 210 mm (8.29")
How to put on a cuff
The simplist way to put on a cuff is from the side of your wrist and then turn it so the centre of the cuff is facing upwards. Gently squeeze the sides of the cuff to fit around your wrist.
